Please read these terms carefully before using Chat Manager.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Chat Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Chat Manager is a web-based tool that helps you manage WhatsApp groups — including viewing groups, monitoring messages, and sending direct messages to group participants. The Service connects to WhatsApp via third-party libraries and is not officially endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You must have a valid WhatsApp account and the right to link it to the Service.

4. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. WhatsApp connection

Linking your WhatsApp account is done at your own risk. WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts that use unofficial clients or automation. We are not responsible for any action WhatsApp takes against your account. You should only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

7. Subscription plans and billing

Chat Manager offers the following plans:

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for annual plans, or the current billing period for monthly plans, unless otherwise required by law.

8. Free tier limitations

The Free tier is limited to one managed WhatsApp group. We reserve the right to modify free tier features with notice. Upgrading to Basic or Pro removes these limits according to your plan.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Chat Manager and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH WHATSAPP AT ALL TIMES. WHATSAPP MAY CHANGE ITS PROTOCOL WITHOUT NOTICE, WHICH CAN AFFECT THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAT MANAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR WHATSAPP ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chat Manager operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
